The need for understanding insurance is paramount for employees to make sound financial decisions. Through conducting literally thousands of benefits seminar meetings and person-to-person presentations, our enrollment process has been refined to a concise presentation that allows the greatest understanding of the benefits, using laymen’s terms, while remaining conscious of employer time constraints.

 

EBC utilizes these types of presentation styles, dependent on employer logistics and desires, to ensure professional communication of all benefits and services.

 

· Group Seminars - Group meetings are our most popular method, allowing employees to hear the exact same presentation in an employer controlled environment. Presentations are conducted in a time frame set by you that allows employees to hear the information, review it over a specified period of days, and then return their response direct to their HR department.  This method has minimal policy cancellations, maximizes time usage for the employer, provides a turnkey enrollment requiring only one set of meetings with employees, easier application completion, and allows a comfortable and informative question asking environment with no pressure!

 

· Person-to-Person / Laptop - Person to Person enrollments allow employees to be counseled individually. This format is most applicable when enrolling individual life insurance products, and when a laptop enrollment system is desired. Our team of professional enrollers are trained to communicate your specific benefits to the worksite to ensure a timely and prompt enrollment. Employees usually make their decisions at the time of enrollment.

We continually evaluate existing carrier relationships based on product competitiveness, customer service, problem resolution, and back office organization. In many instances, we have performed on-site home office visits to inspect the quality and level of service we expect! We also continue to review the marketplace for new carriers who fit our criteria of quality and service.
